MOOCs and Open Education is a edited collection that examines issues pertaining to open education resources (OER) and massive open online courses (MOOCs). Modern improvements in e-learning technology are empowering humans all over the world to participate in courses online. Massive open online courses are mostly free but do not consistently lead to formal accreditation. There are many subjects that distance learning organizations are having to deal with now that e-learning technology is advancing so rapidly.
