MOOCs and Open Education Around the World is a book that deals with issues pertaining to open education resources (OER) and massive open online courses (MOOC). The latest changes in elearning technology have made it possible for humans in nations all around the world to take courses online. MOOC courses are generally free but do not lead to formal accreditation. There are numerous topics that elearning technology institutions are having to struggle with today because e-learning technology is improving so quickly.
