MOOCs and Open Education is a edited collection which describes issues regarding open educational resources (OER) and massively open online courses (MOOC). New changes in elearning technology have enabled students in every nation on earth to take part in courses online. These massive open online courses are customarily free for learners but do not consistently lead to formal accreditation. A MOOC is an online course which uses the Internet to provide open access and unlimited student participation.
